A gathering was held in memory of Dr Ghalibafian's wonderful life and achievements on Tuesday June 19, 2007. at Javan Restaurant (Los Angeles [Santa Monica], California, USA), from 6:30 p.m.
Dr Ghalibafian passed away on Monday night June 11, 2007 and left all those who benefitted from him behind with the sadness of this shocking news. He was a great human being with excellent personality, an outstanding Professor, a true teacher, and an expert engineer. He loved Fanni and his students and was a great source of inspiration for all Fanni students, particularly for those in civil engineering.
The Board of Directors of Fanni Reunion Foundation, on behalf of the members and themselves, would like to express their deepest condolences and sorrow to his family, Fanni faculty, Fanni Family, and all Iranian Engineering Associations and Societies.
